Refund Policy

Ratro, operated under DealsNation, believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore follows a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy.

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.

However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the orders have already been processed, packed, or dispatched by the vendor or merchant.

Please note that once an order has entered the shipping stage, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Non-Cancellable Products

Ratro does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as:

Food, groceries, and beverages, Medicines

Flowers or other short shelf-life products

However, if the customer proves that the product delivered was damaged, defective, or of poor quality, Ratro will process a refund or replacement after verification.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it to our Customer Service Team within the time of delivery with our Delivery Associate.

The request will be entertained only after the vendor or merchant verifies the issue from their end.

4. Product Mismatch or Quality Issues

If you believe that the product received is not as described on the Ratro platform or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service Team within 2 days of receiving the product.

Our team will review your concern and take an appropriate decision regarding refund or replacement.

5. Manufacturer Warranty Products

For items that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, all service, replacement, or refund claims should be directed to the manufacturer’s authorized service center.

6. Refund Timeline

In cases where a refund is approved by DealsNation (for the Ratro brand), it will take approximately 6–8 business days for the amount to be processed and credited back to the customer Inbuilt Ratro Wallet.
